Cancellation Policy

 If you need to make a same day cancellation, please contact your Therapist directly.  If you are sick, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please contact your Therapist as soon as possible.

You may cancel an appointment with no charge at any point, 24 hours or more prior to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled 24-2 hours before your appointment: The client will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.   (no charge if the space can be filled). 

Appointments canceled within 2 hours of your appointment, or a “NO SHOW”  will be subject to the full cost of the appointment.

Some exceptions may apply.

 Please remember that your appointment time has been reserved for you, and you alone.  A Massage Therapist will only see 4-6 people in a day, in order to give everyone the best treatment possible.  When an appointment is cancelled with short or no notice, the Therapist is often unable to book someone else in.  Please be respectful of this time.
